If you trust in God, and you are righteous in conduct and character--you have boldness. Therefore, you do not have to run, hide, avoid, or live in fear and intimidation looking over your shoulder. You are backed by heaven! God has given you the precious gift boldness--the Hebrew word "batach", meaning "trust, to be confidence, security, and safety". This type of boldness is noble, steadfast, deliberate, intentional, focused, and enduring because it is divine.
Whatever is endeavoring to intimidate you or keep you bound is unlawful, spiritually. You, as the righteous of God, are called to boldness. Activate the boldness that God has given you. Command fear, anxiety, and worry to go in Jesus' name! Take steps of faith and courage towards your destiny. You have already been endowed with power and boldness!
Reflection:
1. Why do you think the lion is considered king of the jungle?
2. What words would you use to describe your character? Is boldness one of them? If not, why?
3. What would a life of righteous boldness look like to you?
Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for supernatural boldness in my life now. I decree that I am courageous, confident, and secure because my trust lies in you. I disallow every unlawful spiritual intruder to invade the territory that you have given me. I thank you that I walk in divine authority and power. You have given me the ability to conquer and be victorious, just as the lion. I thank you that it is so! Amen.
